  • Deadlift: 465 lbs — built through progressive deadlift cycles, posterior chain emphasis, and heavy singles practice.

  • Bench Press: 315 lbs — achieved with focused bench frequency, pausing variations, and triceps/shoulder strengthening.

  • Barbell Hip Thrust: 425 lbs — developed via progressively loaded hip thrust cycles and glute-specific accessory work.

  • Weighted Push-Ups: 135 lbs — reached using progressive overload and varied push-up progressions to build pressing endurance and core stability.

  • Sled Pushes: 420+ lbs — improved by incorporating heavy sled work for force production, conditioning, and lower-body drive.

  • Bulgarian Split Squats: 95 lbs (each hand) — increased unilateral strength and balance through loaded unilateral patterns and mobility work.
