Disclaimer: If you sign up for a 1 on 1 session due to anxiety, depression, grief etc. I can only provide you recommendations/homework in terms of psychological skills training and weightlifting. These programs will walk you through the steps of a counseling session without having to share information with me and you will learn how to utilize therapeutic techniques such as Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Adlerian Psychotherapy, Freudian Psychotherapy, and Cognitive Therapy
