When I was 16, baseball was everything. Like many young athletes, I dreamed of getting stronger, faster, and better on the field. That’s what led me to the weight room—it was supposed to be a tool to improve my game. But something unexpected happened.
The first time I picked up a barbell, I felt something different. It wasn’t just about training for baseball anymore; I was hooked on the challenge of lifting itself. With every rep, every new PR, and every drop of sweat, I found a passion that baseball never quite gave me. I wasn’t just getting stronger physically—I was building confidence, discipline, and a drive that carried over into every part of my life.
I’ll never forget how, in the beginning, I was afraid to deadlift. The thought of pulling heavy weight off the ground seemed intimidating, and I avoided it for a while. But over time, I faced that fear, put in the work, and now my deadlift PR stands at 465 lbs—with my next goal set at 500 lbs.
As time went on, I realized that my true love wasn’t the sport I started with, but the one I found along the way. Lifting weights became more than a routine—it became my identity. And now, my goal is to help others experience that same transformation, to show them that strength is more than just numbers on a bar. It’s about pushing yourself beyond limits, proving to yourself what you're capable of, and carrying that mindset into everything you do.
That’s why worked so hard to earn my NASM Personal Training Certification and currently earning my Masters Degree in Sport Performance Psychology. I created Extreme Strength Hub—to help people discover their own strength and unlock their potential, just like I did.

Hi, I’m Thomas Drejaj—a 27-year-old fitness enthusiast born and raised in the United States. As the youngest in my generation, growing up with one sibling and over 100 cousins shaped me in ways you wouldn’t believe. Surrounded by a massive family, I learned early on how to channel energy, embrace competition, and tackle life’s challenges head-on. Fitness became my passion, my outlet, and my way to inspire others to rise above stress and build a better version of themselves.
From a young age, I was hooked on working out. Whether it was hitting the gym, running drills, or pushing weights, I loved the process of getting stronger. But it wasn’t just about me. I thrived on helping my friends and family get in shape too. Seeing them grow stronger, more confident, and healthier fueled my drive. Fitness wasn’t just a hobby—it was a calling.
Over the past three years, I’ve gained invaluable experience working at three different companies. But after some soul-searching, I realized my true mission: to dedicate myself fully to helping YOU achieve your fitness goals. Now, I’m all in—pouring every ounce of my energy, effort, and expertise into transforming your body and mind.
