All products sold on extremestrengthhub.com are digital products (PDF guides, Google Sheets trackers, instructional videos, and related content). There are no physical goods, coaching calls (unless separately purchased), or in-person services included in the standard Premium or Basic editions.

2. Refund Policy

  • To request a refund, email extremestrengthhub@gmail.com with your order number and a brief reason (optional).

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

  • After refund, access to the program, tracker, and all digital files will be revoked.

Basic Editions

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • You may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase, for any reason.

  • To request a refund, email extremestrengthhub@gmail.com with your order number and a brief reason (optional).

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

  • Requests received after 30 days will not be honored.

Important notes about refunds

  • Refunds are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.

  • If you received the product through an affiliate or discount code, the refund amount will be the price you actually paid.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of clear abuse (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds to obtain free access).

  • Refunds do not apply to separately purchased coaching, consultations, or physical products (if any are offered in the future).

3. Your Responsibilities

When you purchase and use Epic Gains (Premium or Basic), you agree to:

  • Use the program and tracker only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless you join as an affiliate.

  • Not share, distribute, copy, or resell the digital files, videos, spreadsheets, or any part of the program unless given the ok through joining as an affiliate.

  • Respect copyright — all content is owned by Extreme Strength Hub / Thomas. Unauthorized sharing or reproduction is prohibited and may result in legal action.

  • Understand that results (physical, mental, or emotional) vary from person to person and depend on many factors including consistency, nutrition, sleep, stress, and individual physiology.

  • Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions.

  • Take full responsibility for your own safety during exercise. Epic Gains is not medical advice and does not replace professional medical or mental health care.

4. No Guarantees of Specific Results

Fitness and mindset outcomes are not guaranteed. Epic Gains provides education, structure, tools, and guidance — but your results depend on your own effort, adherence, and individual circumstances. I do not promise any specific weight loss, muscle gain, strength increase, PRs, or psychological changes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content (videos, PDFs, spreadsheets, text, graphics, logos) is owned by Extreme Strength Hub and protected by copyright law. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own training purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Extreme Strength Hub is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or negative outcome resulting from use of the products or following the program. You use the materials at your own risk.

7. Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
